Ishimsky Mechanical Plant JSC has been working in the spare parts market for railway transport over 70 years. The company has attained status “Russian Economy Leader” for achieved success.
The turned out product mix includes over 165 items, i.e. gears for diesel engines D50, D100, cylindrical spur and helical gears, conical spur gears and gears with circular-arc teeth, fans, pistons and cylinders of high and low pressure compressors KT6 and KT7, heaters and heater cores, tube banks used for diesel engines cooling and as сomposite element in aftercooler for diesel engines D50(1-PD4).
The principal plant product is air-and-water radiator cores used in high power diesel engines cooling systems of all kind of motors and special purpose machineries as well as in cooling systems of locomotive transformers, hauling locomotives, modular and movable diesel power stations. We manage quality in repair of heat exchangers.
The product coverage of “IMZ” JSC is wide. It includes railways of holding company “Russian Railways”, Russian locomotive maintenance and locomotive engineering companies (i.e. “Zheldorremmash” JSC, “Transmashholding” JSC), mining and concentration complexes, and iron and steel companies that have their own rolling stock. Besides, company delivers its product to railways and companies of Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tadzhikistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Poland, Austria, Germany and other countries.
“IMZ” JSC constantly improves product quality and increases its reliability. That is precisely why we cooperate with top railway transport institutes: “All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Railway Transport” JSC and “All-Russian Scientific Research and Design Engineering Institute of Rolling Stock” JSC. Over the whole period of work the company has received none quality claim.
The company goods have Certificate of Conformity issued by Certification Register of Federal Railway Transport.
